He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Zalutko and Frances Zalutko (Stefanick). He is survived by: his siblings, Leonard, Michael "Brown Cow" Zalutko and Barbara Kofchak; his sons, Jeffrey of Drums and Brian Zalutko of Drums; his grandson Keith St. Clair (Colleen Spencer); his great grandchildren, Lily, Nova Lin, Keith St. Clair, Jr., Paisley and Harper Spencer; and his brother-in-law Jim Kofchak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
