She was predeceased by: her spouse Howard Waugh, Jr.; and her parent Elmer E.. She is survived by: her parent Helen C. Bacon (Cutter); her children, Kathy Waugh of Freeland and Edward H. Waugh (Lynne) of Elkridge; her grandchildren, Jennifer Whitlock (Brian) and Zachary Waugh (Marlena); her great grandchildren, Colby, Emma, Charlotte and Dylan; and her sister Lucy Bents of Parkton.
