He was predeceased by: his parents, James McDermott and Veronica McDermott (Sabol); and his siblings, Joseph and Madlin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bellas; his children, James (Anna), Donna (Tom LaPorte) and Sharon (Bobby Baran); his sister Cathy (Joseph Matisak); his grandchildren, Tiffany (Chris), Jimmy, Taylor, Mariah, Allie, Corey (Amanda) and Kailea; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Gracie and Edie.
