He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvan Jones and Anna Jones (Horwath). He is survived by: his sister Patricia Jones; his wife Elizabeth Rule; his children, Elvan "Butch" Jones (Plains), Barbara Jacoby (Randy) and Barry Jones; his grandchildren, Elvan Robert Jones (Lattimer), Jeremiah Jones, Candy Lee Hearne (James), Melissa Gregor (Dallas), Michelle McDougal (Plains), Marrisa Jacoby, Jonathan Jacoby, Justin Jones (Denna) and Kristen Jones; and his great grandchildren, Tyra, Mason, Gavin, Lucas, Ronan, Mia, Bobby, Anna, Matty, Ryan and Carter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held with a graveside service at a date and time to be announced once COVID restrictions are lifted.
