He was predeceased by: his parent Robert E. Decker. He is survived by: his parent Joan T. Decker (Stegena); and his siblings, Keith R. Decker (Joan) of Weatherly, Robert J. Decker of Freeland and Emily Houser (Jarrod) of Weatherly.
