She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Charles and Effie Viola Minnick (Lewis); her husband Frank Scalise; and her grandchildren, Mark Scalise and Carly Ann Kobza.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Piccione (Anothony), Frank Scalise, Robert Scalise (Debra), Carol Kobza (Carl), Mary Streit (Donald) and Anna Marie Carruba (Ettore) of Daytona Beach, FL. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
