She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Bartko and Mary Bartko (Serock); and her husband Victor J. Piazzi. She is survived by: her daughters, Alice Ann Middleton (Robert), Cindy Nole (Dominick), Teri Lutz (Brian) and Marina Blevins (John); her grandchildren, Lauren Werner, Erin Timko, McKenna Middleton, Dylan and Ian Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Mopsy Middleton, Victoria Werner and Quinn Timko.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations, in her name, be made to The Capital Fund at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Parish or The Laurel's Activity Fund 23 Faith Drive Hazleton PA 18202.
