He was predeceased by: his parents, Berlin D. Sines and Virginia Holt Sines; his daughter Elizabeth A. Sines; his stepson Robert E. Svanda; and his former wife Gaylorrie Sines.
He is survived by: his wife Romilda "Ronnie" Sines (Rega); his daughter Christina L. Sines (Gary Hall) of Beaver Falls; and his stepchildren, Hope L., Dianna M. Svanda of Rochester, Brian D. Burholt of Allison Park, PA and Greggory D. Burtholt of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
