He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Osborne and Ora V. Jones Osborne; and his siblings, Harold Osborne, Paul Osborne, William Osborne and Esther Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine D. Sapp Osborne; his sons, Dennis Osborne (Geri) of Christiana, PA and Mark Osborne of Glen Mills, PA; his daughter-in-law Gabriella Osborne; his grandchildren, Angela, Stephanie, Silvia and Anthony; and his great grandchildren, Sabrina, Miranda, Gia, Trista, Gavin and William.
