He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hewlett Kotermanski Swick; his children, Bernie Swick, Jr. (Tammy), Betsy Peterson (Jon), Patty Peretik (Tom) and Tom Swick (Tammy Conrad); and his stepchildren, Walt Kotermanski, Jr. (Terri), Kevin Kotermanski (Melissa), Kristin England (Chad), Kara Crane (Mark) and Kelley Kotermanski (Trey Tucker). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and step grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
