With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony Celender of Freedom, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 13, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Anthony shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Anthony farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Celender; and his stepchildren, Tammie Cherry and Aaron Pauling. He is survived by: his wife E. Elan Celender (Gruver); his mother Lillian Celender; his siblings, Peter A. Celender, Andrea Kramer and Annette Celender; and his stepson Lester Pauling. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home (130 Wisconsin Ave, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066).
