He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Wagner and Bertha Wagner (Baer); his former wife Dorothy Jane; his daughter Lori Anne Wagner; and his brother Frederick LeRoy Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Grace; his son Jeffrey R. Wagner (Anita); his sister Marge (Ronald); and his granddaughter Kelcy Marini (Nick).
