It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Hoover (Fredonia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 15, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shannon and Ruth Gladys Shannon (Thompson); her spouse George B. Hoover; and her siblings, Martha Shannon, Charles Shannon, Floyd Shannon, Clyde Shannon and Paul Shannon.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Louise Wright (Gene) of Bulls Gap, TN.; her grandson George Addison Wright of Bulls Gap, TN.; and her sisters, Dorothy Shannon and Helen Moats.
She had attended the one room school house on Donation Road, was a homemaker and of the protestant faith.
