He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin C. Kristyak and Helen Kristyak (Panning); his former wife Rose Marie (Goltare); his son Kenneth; and his siblings, John David Frederick, Mary Jane Smock, Helen Woodard, Marjorie Cramer and Arvilla.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Betty Carr (Robert), Thomas Kristyak (Tania) and Amy Ryczko (Mark) of Westerville, OH; his stepchildren, Norman, Robert, Steven Zeigler of Greenville, Thomas Ziegler of Bear Creek, NC and Barbara Bartly of Benson, NC; his grandchildren, Amanda Campbell, Kari Safran of Ormond Beach, FL., Jennifer Ekland (Matt) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Brad Ryczko (Sarah) of Lexington, KY and Bryan Rycsko (Katie) of Dublin, OH; his great grandchildren, Kelsey, Kayla, Kristine, Kylee, Jenna, Juniper and Theodore; his great great grandchildren, JT, Quinn, Carlee and Elaina; and his siblings, Michael Kristyak (Mary Jo), Joanne Sasse and Edith Dunwoody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
