It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Straub (Fredonia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Shilling and Alice Shilling (Pressler); and her brother Paul Shilling. She is survived by: her spouse William Straub (Bill); her children, James Straub (Emily), Stoneboro Straub, John Straub, Jean Cullen, Hadley Straub and Julie Straub; her siblings, Dave Shilling (Karen), Bill Shilling (Mary), Clair Shilling (Carolyn), John Shilling, Peg Hause (Wayne) and Joan Ansell; her grandchildren, Isaac, Aaron Straub, Jenny Patterson (Kyle), Parker, Matthew Cullen (Sara), Michele Maust (Scott) and Joe Straub (Jackie); and her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Ella, Levi, Aleah, Trevor and Derek. She is also survived by Many aunts, uncles and cousins and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of floral tributes the family has suggested that memorial tributes be made to either the Fredonia Presbyterian Church or to the New Vernon Grange.
