He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Adams (Perrine); his wife Mildred V. Adams (Weaver); his great grandchild Kaleigh; and his siblings, Milton, Glenn, Floyd Adams, Dorothy Rabold, Elizabeth McCoy and Arlene "Renee" Swartzbeck.
He is survived by: his father Milton Adams; and his children, Ruth Dailey (Edward) of Sharpsville, Fred Adams, Jr. of Mercer, Jeffrey Adams (Lorraine) of Hubbard, OH, Scott Adams of Fredonia and Tammy Fisher (Ron) of Jackson Center. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
