He is survived by: his wife Janet G. Breese; his children, Dale Black (Susan Crispen), Diana Black (Pete Mathieson) and Alice Aley (Lonnie); his siblings, John William Black (Darlene), Carl R. Black, Clifford L. Black (Bette) and Maxine Clark (Richard); and his grandchildren, Lucas Fisher, Jennifer Fisher, Samantha Taranto, Harry Franklin Black, Thomas Black, Ken Sauer and Tiffany Sauer. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
