She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Anthony and Daisy Mae Anthony (Bailey); her husband Donald Flinn; her siblings, Elizabeth T. Wheaton, Mary B. Shearer, Gilbert W. Anthony, Margaret C. Hall, Opal M. Anthony, Marcella M. Kremis, Christina C. Humphrey, Betty L. Shaffer, Blaine E. Anthony and LaVerne W. Anthony; and her parents-in-law, Russell "Ham" Shay and Rose Shay (Potter).
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Verne Flinn (Judith L.) and Donald Leroy Flinn; her grandchildren, Susie I. Krkoska (Ed J.), Vern T. Flinn (April L.) and Ted W. Flinn (Joetta L.); her great grandchildren, Nathen A. Martin, Chandler T. Flinn, Trevor L. Flinn, Aspen N. Flinn, Jordanna N. Rumsey (Smith), Mackenzie P. Smith, Kylie R. Flinn, Ryan E. Krkoska and Rachel I. Krkoska; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, A. J., Kevin and Shaun Catalano. She is also survived by three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Della loved and supported the work of her favorite charity, The Salvation Army.
