He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Ed Nay, Shirley Osborne, James and Mary McKay. He is survived by: his parents, Allison McKay (Chad Monroe) and Christopher Nottingham; his grandparents, Penny, Cyril McNulty, David McKay, Kim and Scot Nottingham; and his great-grandparents, Evealena Nay, Carol Nay, Irene, Basil Nottingham, Jerry Osborne and Clem Jackson. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins.

The family has suggested that memorial tributes be made in Caiden's name to Supportive Care Program, % UPMC Children's Hospital, 4401 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
