She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Perowski and Anna Kaminchak Perowski. She is survived by: her sister Rita Perowski of Fredericktown, PA; her nieces and nephews, Monique Morgan, Patrick Morgan Jr., Tracey Kail, Philip M. Perowski and Mark Perowski; and her siblings, Phyllis Morgan and Philip Perowski Jr..
