She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry H. McCarty and Harriett Latham McCarty; her husband William F. Holmes; and her daughter Nancy Jo Holmes. She is survived by: her children, Harry F. Holmes (Billie Jo) of Irwin, PA, Doris Jean Bayles of Amity, PA, Dolly, Nicolas Morris, Harriett E. Holmes Tajmir of Birmingham, AL, William F. Holmes Jr. (Norma) of Deemston and Lou Ann Snyder; and her siblings, Robert, Eugene McCarty, Lorraine Chambers and Garnet McCarty. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren.
