He is survived by: his parent Nettie Presock Koskey; his wife Dolores "Dee" Zellie Koskey; his children, Renee Koskey (Elliot) of Fredericktown, Nathan, Alisha, Frank Koskey Jr. (Taylor) of Maui, Gunnar, Madison, Carrie Kondratiuk (Paul) of Fredericktown, Regina Stepp (Jason) of Marianna, Jessica, Justin, Jacob, Jason Koskey (Jennifer) of Maui, Noah, Sayler, Eric Koskey, Raeah and Riley; his nieces and nephews, Carl Zellie, Roseann, Vincent, Edie, Philip, Sharon and Thomas Dosa; his siblings, Nancy Marie, Rose Marie, Stanley Edward and Chester Anthony; and his mother-in-law Bertha Zellie. He is also survived by six children and 12 grandchildren.
