He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Butch" Palmer and Donna Kinder Palmer; and his son Brandon Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Akers Palmer; his son Brian K. Palmer; his stepsons, Geoffrey Jones (Halie) of Fredericktown, PA., Allen Bebout (Jennifer) of Fredericktown, PA. and Lucas Bebout of Fredericktown, PA.; his siblings, Deneane Kreamcheck (Ed) and Doug Palmer (Mary) of Fredericktown, PA.; and his stepgrandchildren, Lacey Higginbotham, Destiny, Morgan Jones, Preston, Chase, Brody, Wesley, Reid Bebout, Levi Heft and Parker Hirschi.
