He was predeceased by: his parents, David White and Edna Shanamen White. He is survived by: his children, Jason Sobbing of Chester, VA, Arthur White Jr. of Waynesburg, PA, Leanna White of Waynesburg, PA and Charles White of Fredericktown, PA; his former wife Janet White of Waynesburg, PA; his grandchildren, Jason White, Ian Kelly and Bizzy Kelly; his siblings, Harold, Bobby, Johnny, Shanon, Sheila and David White; and his grandson Logan White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
