He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Sease Houtz. He is survived by: his brothers, Brian K. Nissly (Marty) of Denver and John H. Nissly (Tracy) of Stevens; and his cousin Geraldine (Lester Morris) of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
