He is survived by: his father Franklin Lee Ennis; his wife Margaret Ennis; his sons, Joshua Ennis (Nicole) and Brandon Ennis (Kate); his stepchildren, Ashley, Dustin and Candice; his niece Kassie Polifka; his grandchildren, Leah, Kaiden, Liam, Landon, Phillip Jr., Makylah and Elilyannah; his siblings, Janet Brooks and Jimmy Smith; his mother Besty Ennis; his stepmother Kathryn Ennis; and his sisters, Besty Lorraine Spears and Wanda Shaver.
