It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore L. Richardson (Frederick, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland W. Richardson and Althea Ford Richardson; his wife Pricilla Grandin Richardson; and his sisters, Fifi, Betsey and Emily.
