He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elva "Diane" Yerk (Martin); his parents, Earl Yerk and Emma Yerk (Koons); his children, Monica Yerk, Ronald Yerk, Leslie Hiles (Mark), Lorelei Norris (Michael) and Karla Teller (Karl); his grandchildren, Hillary, Lauren, Ronnie, Rachel, Matthew, Tara, Jamie, Kyle and Jacob; and his siblings, Scarlett Parke, James Yerk and Vickie Makins.
