We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2018, at the age of 95, Ruth O. Neal (Frederick, Pennsylvania), born in Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Russell O.; and her son Aaron L. "Skip" Neal. She is survived by: her parent Florence Swayney Ruckman; her husband Frederick J. Neal; her son Mark A. Neal of Biglerville, PA; and her sister Betty S. Ruckman of Tucson, AZ.. She is also survived by one grandchild, three great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to defray funeral expenses.
