He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Mack and Kathryn B. Mack (Godshall); his brother Gerald Mack (Ray); his nephew Robert Mack (Bobby); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Gaugler and Patricia Mack.
He is survived by: his spouse Penelope "Penny" A. Mack (Kratzer); his daughters, Holly A. Mack of Sydney and Kerry J. Mack (Jason Galbraith) of Perkiomenville, PA; his siblings, Laura Gaugler, Diane (Jack Kline), Robert Mack and Richard Mack (Carol); and his sister-in-law Joan Mack.
