It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Rosenberger (Frederick, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Taylor and Gertrude Taylor (Roberts); her husband Richard A. Rosenberger; her children, Bryan (Lois), Susan Culbert (Doug), Arthur (Joann) and Raymond; her siblings, Warren (Paula), Jeffrey (Lynne), Nancy Kee (William), Christine Frederick (Ronald), Bonniellen Womack (Ray), Leonard Jr. (Robin), Herbert and Preston; and her siblings-in-law, William Kee and Robin Taylor. She was also cherished by four children, a grandmother, great grandmother, and sister.
