He is survived by: his children, Paige (Jeffrey Formicone) of Reinholds, PA and Eric (Adriana Prentice) of Perkiomenville, PA; his grandchildren, Tyler and Brianna; and his siblings, Andrew (Maegan Prentice) of Albany, OR, Krista Prentice of Willow Grove, PA and Matthew (Joan Prentice) of Boca Raton, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
