She was predeceased by: her parent Philip Doerle; and her husband Frederick J. Stevens, Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Marion Doerle; her children, Frederick Stevens, Jr., Vicki Stevens of Levittown, PA. and Janine Stevens of Levittown, PA.; her grandchildren, Shaun, Lianne and Jonathan; her brother Philip Doerle (Butch); and her friends, The Sorority Girls, Ruth Kistner and Harriet Burger.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made, by check, to RHOA Foundation of Bucks County, 240 Middletown Blvd, Ste 205, Langhorne, Pennsylvania 19047. (This is a non-profit organization, where Mom had her cancer treatments, that was started to help cancer patients with out of pocket medical expenses); or to the American Lung Association of Philadelphia.
