With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Burns Russell of Frederick, Pennsylvania, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on July 5, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar McCartney and Eva McCartney; her children, Dr. Gary Russell (Susan) of Tunkhannock, Becky Hess (Jack) of Lancaster and Connie Reichart (Pic) of Barto; her husband Donald Russell; her brother Jim McCartney; and her daughter Kathleen Russell. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
