He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Alderfer and Elizabeth Alderfer (Kulp); his brother Floyd; and his son-in-law Bill Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wien Alderfer; his children, Brooke (Robin) of East Norriton, Wendy Johnson of Wilmington and Marc (Connie) of Oxford, MD; his sister Sue Glazier (Fred); and his sister-in-law Betty Alderfer. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
