She was predeceased by: her parent Julian Bielawski; her spouse Raymond J. Ginkiewicz; and her siblings, Chester, Edward, Francis, Ramalda and Henry.
She is survived by: her parent Anna M. Halicka Bielawski; her daughters, Ramonde Ginkiewicz of Greenville, Deborah Kenna (Douglas) of Perkiomenville and Madelyn McGuckin (Benjamin) of Frederick; and her sisters, Matilda A. Greer and Lourdine Bielawski. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
