She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Leroy Culp; her parents, Harvey K. Nace and Maggie R. Nace (Smith); her sons, Jeffrey and Randy; and her siblings, Buela and Harvey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth (Linda) of Lake Harmony and Jean Mennitto of Florida; her nephew Ronald Grubb; and her nieces, Audrey Reed, Lori Canfield, Cincy Adamson and Norma Jean Forsythe.
