She was predeceased by: her father Carl F. Sheaffer; and her stepfather Gary L. Knaub. She is survived by: her mother Daisy Knaub (Richcreek) of Carlisle; her husband Charles H. "Chuck" Dawson; her children, Todd H. Dawson (Danielle) of Palmyra and Lindsey K. Weber (Kyle) of Blandon; her grandson Elijah Harris Dawson; and her siblings, Juanita Westhafer (Paul) of Mechanicsburg, Carl "Butch" Sheaffer of Carlisle and Andrea Atkins (Craig) of Dillsburg.
