It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Welsh of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Welsh and Mildred Irene Clear Welsh; his parents-in-law, Carl and Delores Lutz; and his close friends, Ray Sutherland and Wes Beagle.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Lutz Welsh; his children, Jonathan Welsh (Colleen) of Michigan and Nichole Crowther (Al) of Fombell; his siblings, Debbie Welsh Hickman of New Brighton, Diane Schmalenberger of New Brighton and Gary Welsh (Donna "Tootie") of Rochester; and his grandchildren, Hunter Brown and Peyton Crowther.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of the donors choice or the Lillyville Church of God.
