He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Shoemaker and J. Kathleen "Kassie" McDonough Shoemaker; and his brother J. Scott Shoemaker (Beth). He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Klein Shoemaker; his children, Paige LaFountaine (Nick), Abbie Zoufalik (Stanley) and Grant Shoemaker (Laura); his siblings, D. Ronald Shoemaker (Susie Keevican), J. Gregory Shoemaker (Barb) and J. Kathleen "Kassie" Shoemaker; his grandchildren, Siobhan, Otto, Riley and Reid; and his son F. H.. He is also survived by family and grandchildren.
