With solemn reverence, we commemorate Stephen R. Phillips of Franklin, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on January 2, 2025 at the age of 65, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stephen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Phillips and Mary Joyce Thompson Phillips; and his brother Truman Halki. He is survived by: his brother John R. Phillips II (Nicole Ferrebee-Phillips) of Franklin; his niece Victoria Phillips of Pittsburgh; and his sister Aimee Gusky (Joel) of Delaware.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Venango Training and Development Center in honor of Steve.
