He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Phinney and Richard Anderson Beith. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Miller; his children, Laura (Domenic Viccari), Mathew (Mishelle) and Jaime (Taylor Anderson); his sister Nancy (Steven Walker); his niece Haley Walker (Jeremy Robichaux); his grandchildren, Cassidy (Colleen Holt), Abigail Viccari, Ellis, Ogden, Harper Beith, Rowan Khunti, Celine Anderson and Olive; and his pet Maggie.
