Brewer of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Brewer and Frieda Hangst Brewer; his son Richie Bentel; his sister Debbie Kimelman; and his brother-in-law Bob McMichael.
He is survived by: his wife Janice McMichael Brewer; his children, Jodi Lewis (Jody) of Ellwood City and John Bentel (Pam) of Ellwood City; his daughter-in-law Christine Bentel of Ellwood City; his sister Kim Jarsulic (Tony) of Elizabeth; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Householder (Charlotte) of Wampum and Carol McMichael of Mars. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
