We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024, at the age of 100, Phyllis I. Tippery of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Sligo, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Neuland Hayes "Casey" and Margaret Irene Wensel Myers; and her husband Robert Samuel Tippery. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Dawn Kemmer of Shippenville, Timothy Robert Tippery (Linda) of Haines City, FL and Penny Irene Bayne (David) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Neil Kemmer (Terri) of Clarion, Scot Kemmer (Angie) of Summerville, Joshua Tippery (Mary) of Gainesville, FL, Heather Carlton (Benjamin) of Lake Wales, FL and Elizabeth Bayne of Franklin; and her sister Donna Elmore of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
