We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 97, Phyllis Elaine Whitehill Weltner of Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Whitehill and Elsie Whitehill (Meddock); her husband Frank V. Weltner of Franklin; her brother Gary Whitehill (Helen); her siblings-in-law, Dora Jean Whitehill, Robert Weltner, Howard Weltner (Virginia) and June DeLong (Richard); and her nieces, Lori Whitehill and Diane Snyder.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Gibbons (Thomas) of California, David Weltner (Shannon) of Lancaster and Susan Nash (Daniel) of Texas; her grandchildren, Kerri Gibbons (Mark Ruggiero), Erin Statkus, Frank Weltner, Jennifer Boland (Nate), Christa Holt (Cori) and Stephanie Gilmore (Alex); her great grandchildren, Asher, Jackson, Clara, Molly, Elizabeth, Constance, Patrick, Collin and Hardy; her brother Duane Whitehill (Fran) of Hydetown; her sister-in-law Margie Weltner of Florida; and her cousin Barbara Blum of New York City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
