She is survived by: her children, Susan Krumm of Merced, CA, John Kachik of Rome, NY, Joe Kachik of Franklin, PA, Matt Kachik of Franklin, PA and Dan Kachik (Jennifer) of Oil City, PA; and her grandchildren, Julie Kachik, Joey Kachik, Branton Kachik, Jason Kachik, Kerry Kachik, Cara Moore, Morgan Scheffer and Blake Kachik. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
