She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Jean Rhodes (Davis); her brothers, John and Jason Parker; her stepbrothers, James Rugh, Jr. and Bradley Rhodes; and her uncle William Davis.
She is survived by: her father Larry W. Parker; her husband Rudy Byler of Franklin; her mother-in-law Bobbi of Austintown, OH; her stepfather Daniel Rhodes of Franklin; her half-sister Ricki Winger (Blaine) of Columbiana, OH; her stepsiblings, Heather King (Leroy) of Sandy Lake and Douglas Landfair of Mercer, PA; her niece Reagan Winger; her nephew Parker Winger; and her aunts, Kathy Hughes (Rick) of Franklin, Donna Davis of Franklin and Janet Burchfield of Franklin.
