She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Hostetler and Claira Bell Hostetler; her husband William H. Lazar; and her sister Betsy Cunningham. She is survived by: her son William; her daughter-in-law Lori Lazar of Gibsonia; her daughter Beth; her son-in-law Eric Cummings of Polk; her grandchildren, Cody (Kate Lazar) of New Kensington, Tara Cummings of Polk, Alyssa Lazar, William Lazar and Erica Cummings of Grove City; her great grandchild Oliver Lazar New Kensington; and her sister LaVerne Bartges.
