It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Ann Carr of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wallace Rockwell and Elizabeth Rockwell; her husband Joe Carr of Franklin; her children, Brian of Franklin and Amy Carr of Franklin; her brother Dan Rockwell of Polk; her nephews, Jason Rockwell (Julie) of Polk and Steve Rockwell (Carrie) of Winchester, VA.; and her siblings-in-law, Margie, Jim Bonetti of Boyers, PA, Bob and Sally Carr of Franklin.
