She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Haswell and Mary Haswell (Murphy); her husband James E. "Ed" Locke; her sons, David Locke, Greg Locke and Shawn Locke; her grandchildren, Keaira Cunningham, Jake Edward Locke and Dakota Locke; and her siblings, Verna Koch, Sally Kovilenko, Virginia Moyer, Dorothy Koben, Nancy Cragle, Patti Timmerman, Betty Passeri, Bill, Dale, Frank, Tommy, Teddy, Bruce and Robert Haswell.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Locke of New Castle, Mark Locke (Pam) of Rochester and Shane Locke of Franklin Township. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
